The summer holiday in Finland always goes slowly.
No need to go for sightseeings or shopping-tours.
Just relax quietly at home!

When Harry feels hot, he can swim in the lake.

When he gets tired, he can rest in a shade.
|

When he gets bored, he can play with fish.
|
 |
And the funniest of all is to chew a wooden stick
which is flavoured with meat-juice from BBQ.

But when a nice wind starts blowing,
Harry goes sailing with his family.
|
 |
The small screen behind Harry is a GPS for a yacht.
Harry's job on the yacht is to peek in to the screen
to check where they are, whenever the GPS beeped.

The destination is a no-man island.
There are lots of blueberries on this island.
|
 |
The low bushes covering the entire ground are blueberries.
They are wild and smaller than the ones in shops.
But they taste marvellous!

Within an hour, the bucket was filled with blueberries.
By the end of the day, Harry's mouth was dyed all purple.
So were the hands of Harry's master.

As soon as they arrived home, they cleaned the blueberries.
The half of the blueberries went into a blueberry cake.
The other half were served with yogurt at breakfast.

Harry can eat lots of berries even at home.
These are raspberries.
Harry loves raspberries much better than blueberries.
When Harry is let alone in the backyard, he quickly runs
for the rapsberry trees.
But, he always begs his master for a raspberry.
Harry never eats raspberries from the tree by himself.

These are redcurrants.
They are sour, but Hary loves them too.
|

This is a Japanese cherry tree, which was planted
during a summer holiday five years ago.
It grew small red coloured cherries this year.
Of course, Harry loves the cherries too!

Whenever Harry's master travels to Finland,
she purchases some fabric of Finnish design.
Harry's master uses the fabric for such things as
dresses, table clothes, or cushions.
But this time, she will make a new carry bag for Harry!
