|Harry travelled in his favourite Sherpa Bag.
He paid $50 at Delta's counter for his ticket.
At the security, he was taken out from his bag.
His bag went through the X-Ray.
Who knows a cute small dog might carry a bomb!?
The bag was placed under the seat in the cabin.
Harry seemed to have slept all the way to Phoenix.
|When Harry left NY in the morning, it was almost snowing.
But in Arizona, it was hotter than NY's mid-summer.
He saw palm trees for the first time.
Yes, he finally arrived in the land of Sunshine.
|Straight from the aiport, Harry went to the West World.
There, the Grand Prix of Dog Agility 2005 was to be held.
Harry quickly completed his check-in.
Then he was all ready for the exciting holiday in Arizona!
You can see how he did in the world championship at
|Harry stayed at a hotel near the West World in Scottsdale.
The hotel had a beautiful backyard with a heated swimming pool.
The suite had a large living room where Harry could play with a ball.
It was a very dog friendly hotel.
Harry was treated like a royalty there.
|Apache Trail is only 40 minute drive from Scottsdale.
It is said to be the most beautiful panorama nature in Arizona.
Harry was impressed by the spectacular view of the canyon.
|All Harry could see was huge red rocks and tall cacti.
Some cacti were over 5 meter (17ft) tall.
They almost looked like utility poles.
|It is true!
Dogs pee on cacti, not on fire hydrants, in Arizona.
|This is not the hotel Harry stayed in Arizona.
It is a very old motel that is not used any more.
Is Harry the only one who thought it looked as if
it is hounted by ghosts.
By the way, the mountains that Harry could see from
the motel is called Superstition Mountains....
|Dogs are allowed to hike in Apache Trail.
Harry enjoyed the smell of the great nature.
|A closer look of cacti.
Unexpectedly, November was cacti's blossom season.
Harry never thought cacti could be so beautiful.
Many of the flower were white and had strange shapes.
|There are three lakes in Apache Trail;
Canyon Lake, Apache Lake and Roosevelt Lake.
Harry enjoyed swimming in the Apache Lake.
|The trail and the lakes that Harry enjoyed.
This photo was taken from the airplane on the way back.
Harry will go back there again next November for
Grand Prix of Dog Agility 2006!
